WHAT YOU DO Entering All you need to do is to fill in the registration form, submit your MP3 and a picture of your band by the cut-off dates. Don’t worry if you need a few weeks to rehearse or record your track — there are four chances to enter, one each month from February to May 2008. Monthly Heats Your song will then be considered by the Unsigned Heroes Judging panel, and the best three bands from each month’s entries will be picked to play in front of a panel of industry experts in the monthly heats at the Comedy Café in Rivington Street, London. The winning band from each heat will go on to the ‘Vote Off’ stage of the competition, where they will go head-to-head with four additional bands that will be selected by the judging panel from the site. So don’t worry if you don’t get to play at the Comedy Café — you could still be picked by our panel to go into the Vote Off stage! The Vote Off The fate of the eight bands that have made it this far will then be in the hands of the public. The band that receives the most on-line votes via this site will be crowned the winners of Unsigned Heroes 08. Two bands will be designated runners-up, and will also win some great prizes.
